On Sunday, “Succession” star Nicholas Braun posted a video of himself digesting the news of Kim Kardashian’s divorce from Kanye West, telling the mother of four on Instagram: “It’s all about meeting new people.”
“It hurts me to think about how she feels and how she feels, I mean I’m wondering right now, where am I going right from here? Where does it come from … right now, “the 32-year-old actor said in the nearly three-minute clip.
“Because he’s been through three marriages now, and you seem to be willing to even set fire to a new guy right now?” Would you like to meet a new person, a different kind? Braun continued.
On Friday, Kardashian, 40, filed for divorce from West, 41, after seven years of marriage. Prior to their union, Kardashian was married to music producer Damon Thomas from 2000 to 2004. She later married basketball player Kris Humphries in 2011 and filed for divorce 72 days later. Their divorce was finalized in 2013.
Braun, known to many as Cousin Greg from the HBO drama series, also suggested the kind of man Kardashian might meet in the future.
“One that can make you laugh a little or make you feel small because he is so tall,” said the 6-meter star.
“It’s just a guy talking about her on the internet. A guy who makes a video like this and it’s kind of like trying to find a way to just talk to her because he doesn’t know anyone who knows her, “Braun continued, adding that he hopes the clip could reach in Kardashian’s orbit.
Braun also theorized that Kardashian might think, “Hmm, this is different. This guy is weird, but maybe in a good way. ”
In response to the video, some of Braun’s famous friends gathered behind the star.
“It would be absolutely crazy to give up this opportunity,” said actor Christopher Mintz-Plasse.
“Give her some time … she’ll come around,” Lili Reinhart posted.
Maybe Kardashian is a fan of “succession”?
