Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild turned four last week, but that doesn’t mean the game’s fans are done finding new secrets.
A recent error called “Collision Overload” has been discovered, which allows players to go underwater wherever they like and avoid all enemy attacks. It works by causing Link collisions to be detected, which means that Guardians, Lynels and the like cannot touch you with their attacks; on the other hand, you can’t even damage them.
Unfortunately, eliminating the problem is not easy. As explained by Reinvented Gaming in the video below, you will need more multishot bows and shock arrows to get started, then you will need to follow the steps shown very carefully. There are tricks to desynchronize your weapons and you will have to go ahead and throw these weapons into the water hundreds of times before the glitch takes effect. I told you it’s complicated …
Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to position yourself for interesting social media posts like this. Lynels are nothing, right?
I’ve come across many other errors like this in the last few months, so be sure to check them out if you want more. In the meantime, let us know if you’ve ever tried to bring something like this into play with a comment below.
