According to information on the official website at Facebook CIMEX Corporation, Resolution no. 425 of 2020, of the Ministry of Finance and Prices, in a single special provision, establishes the application of fuel prices in force in 2020 to self-employed persons providing freight transport, passengers in the “regular service” mode or both services, using cards magnetic.

From now on, under Agreement 5987 of 2020 of the Council of Ministers, they will be subject to the provisions of Resolution 350 of 2020 of the Ministry of Finance and Prices, on wholesale fuel prices.

The fuel can be purchased through the use of magnetic cards by the holders of the transport operating license (LOT). According to the instructions of the National Directorate of the Ministry of Transport, those who use the belt cards allowed by Fincimex SA to purchase fuel in the network of service centers, must have sufficient cash liquidity deposited in their tax bank accounts to allow them to pay for authorized fuel. to consume to the said bank before the end of January 2021. In this way, they will be able to guarantee the continuity of service provision in February 2021.
