GRAFTON (WLS) – Approximately 500 doses of Modern COVID-19 vaccine were to be discarded in Wisconsin.

About fifty ampoules of vaccine were left over the pharmacy refrigerator overnight at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton, Wisconsin.
While some vaccines were given to workers within 12 hours of post-refrigeration, most had to be discarded due to temperature requirements.

The Wisconsin Department of Health said he was unaware of this elsewhere in the state, but said the situation was disappointing and unfortunate.
