The 2021 NBA All-Star Game will take place on Sunday, March 7, in Atlanta. But because of COVID-19, weekend events will be compressed into one night – the skill challenge and 3-point contest will take place before the game, while the dunk contest will act as the show at the break. .
The All-Star vote began on January 28, and All-Star beginners – determined by fan vote (representing 50% of the vote), media vote (25%) and player vote (25%) – were announced in January 18 on TNT. The reserves – which are voted by NBA coaches – were announced on TNT on Tuesday.
After his thrilling debut in the All-Star game in Chicago last season “Elam Ending” will return. The captains will do the same, with Kevin Durant of the Brooklyn Nets and LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers – the best participants in their respective conferences – making their selections for the showdown at the State Farm Arena.
