MX League: Manuel Negrete reveals Luis Flores’ health

After which Luis Flores, former club player ca. Cruz Azul, Chivas and Pumele UNAM, was hospitalized after catching Coronavirus, Manuel Negrete reported on his health.

Through his Twitter account, Mayor of Coyoacán revealed that the former player is stable and has improved considerably due to the treatment imposed on him.

“The family of my friend and colleague from #Pumas and the Mexican National Team, Luis Flores, informs me that his health is stable and gradually improving, after he fell ill with # Covid19”



Negrete, who was Flores’ partner in the UNAM Pumas and the Mexican national team, also pointed out that the former striker was in serious condition when he was hospitalized, but that he has evolved favorably.

“When he was hospitalized his condition was serious, there was no need to intubate him and he gradually reacted favorably to treatment.”

“He is being kept under strict medical observation and we look forward to his speedy recovery.”
