MINNEAPOLIS – Max Kepler’s only one in the bottom of the ninth inning gave Minnesota a 4-3 victory over Boston on Thursday, securing a five-game winning streak for the Gemini and interrupting a nine-game winning streak for the Gemini. Red Sox.
Boston, which tied the score for eighths thanks to Alex Verdugo’s three-run double, had the longest interrupted winning streak since 10 wins in 2018, the season they won the World Series.
The twins have avoided the worst series in three years under Rocco Baldelli.
