Michael’s Closing Columbus Avenue Store

Michael’s Arts & Crafts will close its store at 808 Columbus Avenue at 99th Street, located within the Columbus Square apartment and retail complex.

Along with Whole Foods, TJ Maxx and Home Goods, Michael’s was one of the anchor tenants in Columbus Square from the beginning, securing his lease before the complex was completed in 2010.

Michael’s has renewed its lease for the 34,424 square meters space in 2018, but the window signs indicate that the store is on its way out and offers some liquidation discounts.
