Following the approval in Congress of the Organic Law Proposal on Euthanasia, the State Council of Medical Students (CEEM) recalls Position around it, approved at the last face-to-face general meeting held in Valladolid in October 2019. CEEM requested that medical students receive more training on end-of-life issues and supported and supported defended the decriminalization of euthanasia. This group of students believes that people have the right to use their ability to make decisions according to their biographical project. In addition, he considered that, if a regulatory framework were approved, it should include in which situations this practice could be required to guarantee all patient rights and to legally protect healthcare professionals.
