And the 50-year-old singing bird was recently caught with a record from her record label recognizing the album and the single’s “multi-platinum” success.

She presented the original cover of the album, which showed Carey swinging a Santa-inspired mini dress made of red velvet and fluffy white lining.
“Merry Christmas and All I Want For Christmas Is You – album and multi-platinum single worldwide”, was written in the center of the plate in bold, red letters.
Mariah’s honor also noted how many times the album has been platinum worldwide in the last 26 years.

The hit garnered 83.7 million feeds and 21,000 units were “sold worldwide in the week ending December 17.”
