Madison LeCroy wishes Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez well in their separation.
The “Southern Charm” star told Page Six on Thursday, when I contacted A-Rod and J.Lo, announcing their split: “I wish them well.”
It was probably the perfect referral to the former LeCroy stars, after she was confused by rumors that she had a relationship with Rodriguez.
LeCroy had previously been a mother when I reported last month that Rodriguez and Lopez were breaking up. “You kind of caught me off guard,” the 30-year-old reality star said when I told her that A-Rod and J.Lo were breaking up. But now that their separation is official, she has sent her best wishes.
LeCroy was caught in a recent scandal when rumors surfaced in the reunion episode of his Bravo series that he was FaceTiming with a famous baseball player – who turned out to be A-Rod.
LeCroy told Andy Cohen on the then-mysterious man show: “He contacted me and yes, I did, but there was nothing … I never saw him. [or] reached it. ”
She later told Page Six about the alleged relationship: “He didn’t physically cheat on his fiancée with me.” She told us that she and A-Rod, 45, “had only talked on the phone,” but “they were never physical,” they never had anything. Just an acquaintance. ”
Meanwhile, sources close to the former slugger broke the rumors, telling the Post: “He doesn’t know this woman”.
A month after Page Six reported that Lopez’s 51-year-old relationship and Rodriguez’s stellar relationship was on the rocks, they said “Today” in a statement on Thursday: “We have realized that we are better as friends and look forward to staying that way … we will continue to work together and support each other in our joint business and projects. We wish each other well and each other’s children. ”
Lopez, for TMZ, has not yet returned his $ 1.8 million engagement ring from Rodriguez; the press says the couple did not discuss this. But their source adds that the pair exchanged “massive amounts of jewelry” while they were together, so it’s probably not something A-Rod is ready to go to war with.
A source told Page Six in March: “The Madison LeCroy scandal was the reason they eventually broke up. There were already problems, but Jennifer was really embarrassed by that. ”
However, J-Rod – as they were once known – denied breaking up and said he was working on things, before finally confirming the breakup on “Today”.
LeCroy moved last month hitting the Bahamas and surfing in a bikini with friends.
Meanwhile, LeCroy told us about recent rumors that she was seen looking comfortable with Southern Charm co-star Whitney Sudler-Smith: “I don’t know why this is a story, but Whitney and I are old. friends ”.
