Following its early release, Macco Simulations has released version 1.0.0 of Manchester Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Located in the north of England, Manchester Airport (EGCC) is one of the busiest in the country, serving domestic and international carriers to locations around the world. Airlines such as easyJet, Virgin and TUI fly to the airport, taking passengers to destinations in Europe and the United States.
The product itself comes packaged with PBR textures, custom modeling and precise lighting at night. There are plenty of custom buildings scattered around the airport, along with ground service equipment and accurate ground markings. The airport has also been tested with the latest global update in the UK and is fully compatible.
Over time, version 1 of the product has now seen a complete area of fire formation, new stands and the eastern pier of terminal three come complete with new glass and a basic interior. Furthermore, new custom taxi lines have been added to the applicable areas, along with new concrete floor textures. Finally, the famous Airport Pub has also been completed for those who want a round of planes watching as the planes fly into the airport.
While the new version means that the product is completely, the developer said there will be more work as Manchester Airport continues to grow in the real world.
As previously mentioned, the new price for the airport is now GBP 9.99, after the initial GBP 7.99 early access price. Those customers who purchased the product during that phase can now access version 1.0.0 of Manchester Airport at no additional cost.
