Mac Pro smaller, redesign iMac 2021 with color options presented by a prolific leaker

Apple is expected to launch a smaller Mac Pro and a redesigned 24-inch iMac with Apple Silicon processors in 2021, and Jon Prosser shared what it might look like.

Rumors have suggested that the Mac Pro would be upgraded so that the M-Series processor would be about “half the size” of the current Mac Pro. The iMac was expected to receive some sort of edge-to-edge screen redesign, similar to the iPad Pro.

Well-known leaker Jon Prosser distributed renderings of the products based on the descriptions and images that were released to him. The first is the small Mac Pro described as a G4 Cube concept, with a computing unit at the bottom and a radiator at the top.

The second leak concerns the redesign of the iMac. The images show an edge-to-edge display and colors similar to the iPad Air. Prosser notes that renderings have current I / O on the back, but that was only for renderings. He did not see the back of the redesigned iMacs.

Prosser described the leaked devices as “prototypes”, so there is no indication of when they could be launched. With a March event still under discussion, the launch window is probably at the end of 2021.
