Listen to the white Lego-themed noise from Lego

For some, the sound of plastic Lego bricks rustling as someone combes through a trash can in search of the piece they need is like nails on a board. For others, it is as satisfying as a Mozart symphony. If you are in the latter group, Lego has created a white noise playlist made of plastic bricks you can play in the background when you are too busy to build.

Brick sounds do not accompany an orchestra or any other tool. All seven pieces – each of 30 minutes – feature Lego being used and played in different ways. For example, “It All Clicks” features interconnected Lego elements, while “The Waterfall” features thousands of bricks simply poured onto thousands of other bricks. Lego promises that the playlist will be available for free on 15 different streaming platforms, including Apple Music (although it’s hard to find it there right now), Google Music, and Spotify, which you can access below or stream directly through the browser.

The album is part of a recent push by Lego to encourage AFOLS (Adult Fans of Lego) to embrace their passion for a construction toy that is traditionally seen as something for children. In addition to the new lines that focus on architecture, modeling, and even new sets that allow you build flowers made of plastic bricks, the toy manufacturer also redesigned some examples of its packaging to look more mature with minimal graphics and reduced color themes. And let’s not pretend that someone is buying a five-year-old Millennium Falcon of $ 800 and expecting to patiently assemble all 7,541 pieces.
