A sound of the moment when the police officers responded to the shooting that took the lives of three of them in Carolina was released.
In the 27-second recording, one of the officers is heard exclaiming that there was someone “killed by his comrades”, meaning that they believed that one of the attackers had died between the shootings.
“There is a member of the injured state. Ambulance 10-50 here too,” is heard later in the sound when one of the officers is heard screaming.
“I also injured Comrade Hernandez here,” said another officer who called for an ambulance.
Later, it was found that three policemen were wounded by gunfire and another was hit in the incident that took place at the Embassy Suites hotel.
