Licensed Taylor Nolan is being investigated by Washington state officials after fans of the franchise unearthed offensive tweets by the mental health adviser, according to page Six.

The department previously said it was considering looking at Nolan after receiving “several complaints” about his controversial old posts, which despised BIPOC and LGBTQ people, as well as the mental health community.

But a spokesman for the Washington Department of Health warned people not to draw conclusions, because the investigation “does not necessarily mean that disciplinary action will take place, only that we are moving to the stage of an investigation.”

Prior to the Twitter scandal, Nolan – who first appeared in Nick Viall’s season of The Bachelor – has not been the subject of any complaints since she was fired in 2016.

Spokesman Gordon MacCracken added that there is no timeline for the investigation and could not “predict a result”. The department will not comment.

According to previous reports, the most severe punishment would be “suspension or revocation of the license”, but “withdrawal or withdrawal of charges” is also a possibility.

Nolan, whose mother is white and whose father is African-American, was set on fire in February after offenses against several different groups were exposed.

In the posts, she complained about “strong ** black people”, saying that the Asian problem is not “t ** t” because she did not find stereotypes such as “they have a small penis” particularly offensive, she tells Indian men to “Take a shower” before going to the club, “among other insults.

Responding to someone else’s tweet saying “#WeWontWorkIf I was ever diagnosed with a personality disorder,” Nolan said, “Treatment: SUICIDE.”

Nolan addressed the scandal with a 30-minute apology video earlier this month, saying, “My tweets ten years ago are great, they suck, they were wrong and they’re painful.”

Since the scandal, Nolan has been largely offline.

Last week, she shared a simple Instagram saying that “it takes time and space for reorientation and reflection.”

Later in the week, Nolan posted a long-running legend about stopping Asian hatred under an image that said, “We’re not safe until we’re all safe.”

However, she did not address her own past of anti-Asian comments.
