Launch of Master Chief Collection for new seemingly teased platforms

A new teasing from 343 Industries indicated this Halo: Master Chief Collection could soon come on new platforms. Although the details of this tease are not clear at this time, we should find out what the studio indicates in the coming weeks.

In a new blog on the official Halo website, 343 Industries announced that it will perform new flights (otherwise known as beta) for Halo: Master Chief Collection either in late February or early March. Although no full details have been provided on what this flight will offer, 343 said this next phase will give players “a new place and a way to play”. The wording is quite mysterious, but it seems that the beloved remastered collection from the Halo series could end up on another platform.

However, before you get too excited at the prospect Halo: Master Chief Collection landing on a device like the Nintendo Switch, there is probably a better explanation for what is being teased here. For starters, many fans have been asking for a custom game browser for some time. This addition would allow people to join custom multiplayer games at will, which would be great.

On the contrary, there is a chance Halo: Master Chief Collection it could reach a whole new PC store. The game is currently available for download through Steam and the Microsoft Store, but the Epic Games Store is specifically absent from this range. As such, it could justify this Hello: MCC could come to EGS in the near future.

No matter what you tease here, 343 said it will share more details about this upcoming flight once it considers the actual start date. Moreover, it was pointed out that “things can change” in the coming weeks, which means that this new way of playing the collection may not actually appear in the next flight.
