Last year, Ravens defender Lamar Jackson was unanimously voted NFL’s most valuable player. This year, Jackson was not even chosen as one of the best three AFC defenders. But Jackson says he can live with it.

Jackson said the three AFC Pro Bowl defenders – Patrick Mahomes of Kansas City, Josh Allen of Buffalo and Deshaun Watson of Houston – are all worthy choices and cannot be complained about.

“I feel that those guys who made it to the Pro Bowl are worth it. There are a lot of great defenders and a lot of great players who will participate. I’m strong with this“Jackson told Jamison Hensley of ESPN.

Jackson’s regular season was somewhat disappointing, as he failed to match his production a year ago. But last year Jackson’s postseason was very disappointing. Jackson still has time in the coming weeks to accomplish things that will make him forget his absence from the Pro Bowl list.
