LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) – A man was shot and injured while walking the singer Lady Gaga’s dogs on a street in Hollywood on Wednesday night, and two of her French bulldogs were then stolen.

A third dog escaped, but was later recovered by police. The singer offers an unquestionable reward of $ 500,000 for their safe return, a spokeswoman for Lady Gaga confirmed on Thursday.
The shootings occurred Wednesday at 9:40 p.m., in Block 1500 north of Sierra Bonita Boulevard, just off Sunset Boulevard.
A 30-year-old man, identified by CBSLA by friends as Ryan Fischer, was walking a few dogs when two suspicious men got out of a car and approached him, Los Angeles police said. After an altercation, the suspects opened fire on him.
Then they stole two French bulldogs and ran away in a car. The violent crime was captured in the surveillance film obtained by TMZ.
“It was a kind of white sedan, with two side doors open, and there I saw agitation and someone screaming, he was shot,” witness Buck Angel told reporters on Thursday. “It simply came to our notice then. I’m not kidding. I actually started crying. Because I felt fear in him. I felt fear in that guy on the ground. ”
Fischer was rushed to a local hospital, police said. His condition on Friday was unknown.
“With their arms raised when they put him in the ambulance, they (paramedics) were talking to him,” said witness Rachel Mason.
Entertainment Tonight reports that the two dogs belonged to Lady Gaga. The stolen dogs were named Gustave and Koji. Lady Gaga’s third dog, Miss Asia, escaped and was later safely recovered by police.

Fischer’s friends told CBSLA that he would often walk Lady Gaga’s dogs in the neighborhood.
“He always goes with the dogs, always with them, if he’s not the group of dogs, he’s one to one with the dogs,” Steven Lazaroff told CBSLA.
Lady Gaga is currently in Italy filming “Gucci”. She offers a $ 500,000 reward for safe returns. Anyone with information is asked to send an email [email protected].
“I’m sure he would take a bullet for those dogs, he eats, sleeps and breathes those dogs,” Lazaroff said of Fischer.
Police did not immediately confirm any of these details.
“We were unable to confirm whether the victim owned the dogs or walked the dogs on someone’s behalf,” said LAPD Sgt. Thomas Willers told reporters Wednesday night.
Police described the two men between the ages of 20 and 25. One wore blonde dreadlocks, wore a black hood, and wore a semi-automatic pistol. The other was dressed in dark clothes.
They fled the scene in a four-door Nissan Altima, according to LAPD. They headed north on the Sierra Bonita to Hollywood Boulevard.
Investigators are investigating the area for security cameras that could shed light on the crime. It is not yet known if Fischer was specifically targeted or if it was a random attack.
Lady Gaga did not issue a public statement on the situation. Her dogs had their own Instagram page checked, missasiaxoxo, for several years.
