Kwik Trip, Culver recruits JJ Watt back in Wisconsin

The Green Bay Packers may not have to sue JJ Watt back in Wisconsin if both store chain no. 1, as well as franchise no. 1 fast food will do most of the work for them.

Kwik Trip and Culver’s, two Wisconsin companies, took to Twitter to persuade Watt to return to his home state and sign with the Packers.

Kwik Trip noted the 17 locations in and around Green Bay. Culver pointed out that the state of Wisconsin has 142 restaurants.

The Houston Texans released Watt, a native of Pewaukee, who played for the Wisconsin Badgers. While with the Texans, Watt was an eight-year All-Pro and three-time NFL defensive player of the year. The two sides broke up on Friday.

Speculation about Watt’s return home to play for the Packers dominated the weekend.

The fit is almost perfect. Watt is dying to play in a Super Bowl, while the Packers need along the defensive front.

Watt will have many suitors. But could he even give up the chance to play for the Packers and live near so many Kwik Trip and Culver locations? When courting Watt, Green Bay may have a few aces up his sleeve.
