Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler sued for an alleged dog bite

Weft.

Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler – who broke up in April 2020 after 10 years of marriage – could be reunited through a lawsuit in which one of their dogs bit a type of cable.

Satellite and cable technician Nathan Beam has filed a lawsuit against 34-year-old Cavallari and 37-year-old Cutler for two allegedly unrestricted German shepherds living in Tennessee. Nashville NBC affiliate WSMV-4 reports that Beam is suing the couple for $ 500,000.

Beam claims that he completed an installation on the property in June 2020 and that he was preparing to leave when a German shepherd – he thinks his name is Kona – was standing in front of the side door of the driver of his truck. He says he went to lift something off the ground to distract the animal and claims to have bitten it on his thumb and left fingernail.

The lawsuit says Cavallari’s assistant then came out, handed him a paper towel, and told him to leave the property. He insists he did nothing to provoke the canine. (Neither Cavallari nor Cutler were home at the time.)

Beam believes that celebrity exes should be held responsible for not keeping their dogs detained during his visit. He also believes that Cavallari is aware that her dogs can be aggressive, after previously referring to one as a “trained killer” on Instagram.

He is suing for damages, claiming he suffered physical injuries and disfigurement, as well as mental anguish and a loss of wages.

The “Very Cavallari” star (also famous for her time on MTV in “The Hills” and “Laguna Beach”) married former NFL quarterback Cutler in 2013. They share three children: sons Camden, 7; and Jaxon, 5; and 4-year-old daughter Saylor.

Cavallari is currently meeting with comedian Jeff Dye. The pair were first bonded in October, when they were discovered together in Chicago. A month later, the duo was seen having an “intimate” meeting in Nashville.

Page Six contacted a Cavallari representative for comment.
