Jenner, recalling her own experiences with divorce, told the WSJ that she “does not want to have a party of pity in front of the children.”
She explained that “she will put everyone to bed, and then I would be upset or go to my room and cry alone to sleep,” instead of behaving in front of the children.
Although things can “get very stupid” in divorce, and estranged couples can sometimes focus on “unnecessary factors,” Jenner went on to emphasize that children must remain a priority.
