The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension identified Kim Potter, a 26-year veteran of the Brooklyn Center, Minn., Police, as the cop who accidentally shot and killed Daunte Wright on Sunday after releasing her gun instead of her Taser. The shooting took place during a traffic stop.
