Kim Kardashian appears in turmoil in a brief look at the upcoming season finale of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
The clip, which was released on Monday, opens with a look back at some of the important family moments that were documented by E! rooms for 19 seasons.
And it also teases some future dramas as fans take a look at Kim Kardashian’s fight to save her six-year marriage to Kanye West.
“I feel like a loser,” the KKW Beauty mogul tears to family members as she is overwhelmed with emotion.

She looks a little more than Kim, apparently surrounded by her closest family members, her wedding ring still on her left hand.
In the room with Kim is Kendall, 25, who is also crying when she hears her older sister pouring out her heart.
Earlier this year, it was reported that Kim, 40, would discuss the end of her marriage on E! show and that Kanye was “less than happy” that the details would be aired.
Kim and Kanye – who share North, seven, Saint, five, Chicago, two and Psalm, 19 months together – had been marriage counselors before Kim filed for divorce last month.

Kendall, 25, is also seen in tears as she listens to her older sister pour out her heart.

Khloe Kardashian, 36, and again her boyfriend Tristan Thompson, 29, continue to talk about having another child and seem to be thinking of using a surrogate.
“Trust a surrogate with your unborn baby … and it’s just scary.” Khloe tells Tristan, with whom she has been sharing her two-year-old daughter True.

The scene is about mom Kris Jenner, who is sitting with Kourtney and asks her, “Could you see that you’re marrying Scott?”

The former couple share three children together; Mason, 11, Penelope, eight, and Reign, six. However, it is known that 37-year-old Scott is dating 19-year-old Amelia Hamlin.
Meanwhile, Kris has her own dilemma, as she makes a difficult decision about her ex-husband Caitlyn Jenner, while her daughters gather around her.
“I got a call from Caitlyn, but I just don’t know, do I want to go this way?”
