Kim Cattrall, the star of “Sex and the City”, wonders about the hidden Hamptons

Filthy Rich Kim Cattrall reduced the price of his Hamptons beach house.

The comfortable cottage at 105 Gerard Drive in East Hampton is now asking for $ 2.9 million – down from the initial price of $ 3.25 million last October.

“I think he tried to get the first Covid and it didn’t work,” said a top broker. “It has a better price now.”

The 1,232-square-meter house has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a half, a kitchen and a screening room.

Cattrall bought the foreclosed property for $ 420,000 in 1998, the same year that HBO released “Sex and the City,” where it made its name. She even married her ex-husband, Mark Levinson, on the back porch of the house.

The gated property is located on a quarter of an acre in Springs on Gardiners Bay. The outdoor area has a hydromassage fireplace and an outdoor kitchen.

Last fall, Cattrall told us he would miss “his daily walks on Gerard Drive and the beautiful view of the ocean by the fire.”
