Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s divorce papers reveal that they do not appear to have officially separated yet, as the date remains “TBD” – to be decided.
The divorce papers, which were filed on Kim’s behalf on February 22, mentioned “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the couple’s separation from celebrities.
However, the date of their separation remains TBD in the eyes of the court. The date of separation may become a point of contention for the division of assets, but Kim and Kanye have a prenuptial agreement in place that should govern the issue.

The divorce petition, according to Entertainment Tonight, shows that Kim is requesting joint and several custody of the couple’s four children.
She also calls for termination of spousal support as an option for either party to the divorce.
“The split is amicable and there is no drama,” an expert from DailyMail.com said after the divorce was made public.
Money is not an issue, as Kim is worth nearly $ 800 million due to various makeup and beauty products, while Kanye is worth around $ 1.3 billion.
Tensions between Kanye and Kim began to build in July, when Kanye decided to run for president.

During that campaign, an increasingly irregular Kanye called Kris Jenner “Kris Jong Un” and involved a dispute over his wife’s desire to have an abortion earlier in their marriage.
Kanye and Kim began dating in 2012 and were engaged in 2013 before marrying in a lavish ceremony in May 2014.
The divorce is the first for West and the third for Kim, who was previously married to Damon Thomas from 2000 to 2004 and Kris Humphries from 2011 to 2013.
In recent months, children have been seen with Kim in Hidden Hills, California, where the family has a $ 60 million mansion.
Meanwhile, there is a farm in Cody, Wyoming, where Kanye lived, while the former couple is working on the division of the property.
It appears that Kim stopped wearing the wedding band in November. She and Kanye went to marriage counseling to try to sort things out, but in the end it wasn’t enough to prevent a divorce.
The two had little contact since October, when they quarreled during her 40th birthday party, organized in The Brando resort in Polynesia.

On Tuesday, Kim hit the city as a single woman for the first time, going to the hot spot in Beverly Hills, Matsuhisa, with her sister Kourtney and some friends.
Kim is represented by celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser in court proceedings.
The Sunday Mirror reported that the final season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians will likely document the divorce.
It could also be part of a new Hulu series working with the Kardashian family.
