Florida Gators striker Keyontae Johnson is being released from hospital, Sea said in a statement Tuesday.

Johnson collapsed and fell face to face as he headed back onto the field after a break in the first half of the game in Florida on December 12. .
While Johnson’s recovery appears to be progressing, it has not yet been made public what happened to him, something Johnson addressed Tuesday.
“Along with so many wishes and prayers, I have understood questions about the cause and extent of Keyontae disease,” the family said. “As much as everyone involved wants strong answers, the process of drawing definitive conclusions continues and we ask for patience as medical professionals continue their work.”
Last Friday, Johnson made his first public comments on the incident, releasing a video on social media.
“Hey everyone, first of all I’d like to thank God,” Johnson said in a 25-second video. “I know that you have all sent prayers in the last few weeks and my parents and I are very grateful for the prayers that have come out.
“To all the doctors and medical staff at Tallahassee Memorial and UF Shands, I just want to thank you for all the support you have given me, especially the lady who was at the gym in Florida. For Gator Nation and the UF Athletic family, I just want to thank you for all the prayers you have given me. Go Gators. “
