The Ripa family finally reunites as one after being separated from Consuelos for six months. The actor was filming for his show Riverdale in Canada and because of the pandemic, Ripa was not allowed to go to him and was not allowed to leave the area. The sweet couple has never been separated so long before, without being able to see each other in person. The two opened up about how they managed to get through it and said they used FaceTime a lot, but it’s just not the same.
In early December, the actress celebrated her husband’s return home with family photos, even taking a day off to be with him. Even though the two have been together for two decades, the love for each other does not seem to fade. In fact, Ripa talked about how she keeps her sex life healthy and how they’ve bonded so well over the years.
“I think we were at the right time in our lives,” she told Andy Cohen and Bruce Bazzi on SiriusXM’s Radio. Andy is in quarantine with Bruce. “We learned each other well. With that comes a certain level of comfort and confidence, experimentation and just fun.” Consuelos intervened and said: “I think you tick all my boxes.” It is obvious how much the fans love and respect each other, because they don’t seem to stop more and more, and their followers adore each of them.
