Kelly Clarkson reveals that she once had to use a trash can as a makeshift toilet just before she played, “It was bad.”

She is known for her strong performances and stage presence.

And in Thursday’s episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, the 38-year-old singer revealed that she once had to use a trash can as a makeshift toilet just before going in front of the audience.

The story was repeated during a conversation that the composer had with country artist Clint Black, who mentioned that an opening act of his once admitted that he urinated on stage.

Clarkson responded to the musician’s story with a laugh and alluded to an embarrassing experience of hers, noting, “I’m telling you right now, it was once … it wasn’t pee, buddy.”

The first American Idol winner began her story by noting that before a show, she had been “destroyed by a dish.”

She went on to explain to her guest in relatively graphic detail how she was forced to use a trash can as a makeshift toilet in an effort to get on stage as quickly as possible.

Clarkson recalled, “I grabbed this poor trash can and boy, I destroyed it. It was bad. It was bad, Clint … It’s happening! What should you do?

The 59-year-old guest then joked that he was “trying to visualize” the event.

The hitmaker also mentioned that he is not afraid to discuss topics that many others would consider to be off the table or inappropriate to address.

“I do not have a filter in the best way. I’m open to talking about anything. I don’t think anything is really inappropriate – obviously some things, Clarkson remarked.

She added: “Most of the things I’m willing to talk about, some people aren’t prepared for when they talk to me. For example, “um TMI!” ‘

Singer Since U Been Gone is well known for her energetic live performances and extensive touring schedule.

She initially hit the road during American Idols Live! Tournament 2002 after taking first place during the inaugural season of the competition.

Clarkson’s first solo race was titled The Breakaway Tour and ran from 2005 until the following year.

The composer has since embarked on several other trips as an artist, her most recent effort being the Meaning of Life tour, which lasted from January to March 2019.
