Joshua Canales decides for Honduras and was called up to U23 for the friendlies against Costa Rica – Ten

Honduras national team coach Fabián Coito has called for the U-23 to face Costa Rica in a friendly double next week with the news of a call-up from Querétaro midfielder Joshua Canales.

The player, who recently mentioned that he does not know whether to play for Costa Rica or Honduras, finally gave the word to Coito who had been in contact with him and leads the list where there are six legionaries.

Honduras will play on Tuesday at the San José National Stadium against U23 Tica which also goes to the Pre-Olympic and on Thursday the second match to Ricardo Saprissa. Coito will focus on the boys starting Thursday, to travel on Sunday for the visit.

Legionnaires include Denil Maldonado, a defender who plays for Everton in the first league in Chile, Douglas Martínez from Real Salt Lake in MLS, Joseph Rosales from Independiente de Panamá, goalkeeper Enrique Facussé from the University of Kentucky in the USA and the striker, Juan Carlos Obregón from Rio Grande Valley from USA USA.
