Jennifer Wayne announced her engagement to Austin Moody last month, after six months of dating.
And John Wayne’s niece has already arrived at the altar, after a fairy tale.
She tied the knot with Moody on Saturday at an intimate western-themed beach wedding in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, less than two weeks after announcing her engagement.

They brought some “western flair” to the beach wedding, adding: “It’s a cowboy / cowgirl themed wedding. Everyone will be in boots and hats.

Moody wore a custom animal skin jacket by Minor, with a pair of jeans and a black stetson.
The bride wore her grandmother Pilar Pallete’s engagement ring from grandfather John Wayne for “something blue.”
She said: “On his 10th birthday, he matched the diamond and reset it in a flower frame. Austin used his grandmother’s diamonds to create an engagement ring for me [made with help from my best friend’s mom, Dobrila Pintar,] and in the flower decoration. So, I bought all the ladies in the wedding earrings for the wedding month from Local Eclectic to keep the theme. ‘
The ceremony was followed by a regular reception with food served by Cowgirl Kitchen, as well as Duke bourbon and Caymus wine.
Wayne and her groom opted for a “very small” wedding with less than 20 guests, made up of immediate family and close friends.

It comes after bride and member Runaway Jane overcame their own battle with COVID-19 in early 2020.
They said: “We take COVID very seriously and have requested that all guests receive a recent COVID test before participating. We have the outdoor ceremony, with plenty of space to social distance.
The newlyweds plan to celebrate with all their loved ones when it is safer, with “a big party in Nashville”, where they live.

Wayne and Moody “couldn’t wait another second” to get married, just six months after they started dating.
They reconnected five years after they first met when her bandmate Natalie Stovall sent her a text: “Austin found a dog that had been left on the highway. He knew Natalie and knew she liked dogs.
