Jessica Campbell, actress of “McKinley Institute” and “Election”, dies at 38 years old

Jessica Campbell, an actress known for her roles at the McKinley Institute and Election, has died at the age of 38.

According to Variety, Campbell’s family announced that the performer died on December 29, 2020 in Portland, Oregon. Campbell retired from acting to become a naturopath and lost consciousness after seeing one of his patients. She could not be resurrected and the cause of her death is yet to be determined.

Campbell made her acting debut in 1992 in the TV movie For the Sake of Children as Julie Cain. In 1999, she landed a second role and played Tammy Metzler in Election, a tape in which she coincided with Matthew Broderick and Reese Witherspoon.

Already in 2000 he participated in the McKinley Institute. She appeared in two chapters as Amy Andrews. His next job was The Safety of Objects, a film starring Glenn Close in which he played Julie Gold. His latest work was Junk, a 2002 film.

After hearing the news, Witherspoon shared an emotional message on Instagram. “My heart breaks after I find out. Working with Jessica at the election was a pleasure. I send all my love to Jessica’s family and loved ones,” he wrote on Twitter.

A Campbell relative ran a GoFundMe campaign to pay for funeral expenses and to help 10-year-old Oliver, the deceased’s son. “A true adventurer in every sense of the word, Jessica has accumulated an amazing amount of experiences in her tragically short life,” can be read on the web.
