Judge Irmarie Colón Massó on Friday issued an urgent motion requesting the amendment of the arrest warrant issued on August 23, 2019 against Jensen Medina Cardona, accused of killing Arellys Mercado Ríos in August 2019 in Villa Marina in Fajardo, so it will be released under electronic supervision.
That order responds to a resolution issued on December 4 by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico.
In fact, the preliminary services program was ordered to coordinate the electronic supervision of Medina Cardona.
It was learned that Medina Cardona lent bail of $ 30,000, ten percent of the $ 300,000 that Judge Vanessa Sánchez of the Fajardo Judicial Center imposed on August 23, 2019.
