And on Friday, Jennifer Lopez took some time to reflect on her life and career in a video chat that served as the first edition of Coach Conversations on YouTube.
The 51-year-old multi-hyped animator sat down for a virtual discussion with the author and host of the podcast Jay Shetty to talk about the idea of purpose.

The couple addressed many topics, from Jlo’s countless past successes and how she saw herself while coming into show business.
“I remember going to therapy in the beginning, you know, in the late ’30s and there was a lot of talk about loving yourself and I was like,’ I love myself, ‘” she reflected.
“But obviously I was doing all these things in my personal relationships that didn’t seem to love myself, but I didn’t even understand the concept,” the actress Out Of Sight added.
“It took time and it’s a journey and it’s another journey for me.”

At another point, the theme of reinvention appeared.
“People always say, ‘Oh, she’s reinventing herself. It’s a reinvention. “I don’t like that word,” Lopez said.
“I don’t reinvent or try to be something different or I try to fool people into something new. It’s an evolution.

It was a significantly different feeling from that of another superstar diva, who was called the “mother of reinvention.”
Madonna, who previously met Jennifer’s fiancé Alex Rodriguez, boasted of reinventing herself over her decades-long career, even calling the 2004 World Tour the Re-Invention Tour.
Instead, Jlo focused on another popular concept as one of the keys to her success: the law of attraction.
