Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez brought their story in 2021.
Following the performance of the 51-year-old pop star in “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Eve”, she and Rodriguez, aged 45, watched the ball fall and called in the new year with a kiss at midnight.
The former Yankee played the role of supporting fiancé perfectly, sitting next to the stage applauding Lopez as she performed a mix of hits, including “Waiting for Tonight” and covered “Dream On” by Aerosmith.
Although the couple has postponed their wedding twice due to the pandemic, maybe 2021 will be their year.
“I kind of let it go for a second and I don’t know what we’re going to do, we’re talking about small, big,” Lopez said in early December.
“And I think we just feel ‘Let’s wait.’ There is no rush, we are good, everything is cool and it will happen when the time is right. I feel like it’s not a huge priority to go and have a big wedding right now, that’s not what life is about. “
Lopez and Rodriguez began dating in March 2017 and got engaged two years later.
