Jennifer Garner reunites with Mark Ruffalo, co-star of 13 Going on, while filming The Adam Project in Canada
Almost 17 years after they distributed the silver screen in 13 Going on 30, Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo reunited.
Garner, 48, and Ruffalo, 53, shared selfies on Instagram on Tuesday, from the set of their new film The Adam Project.
Both Garner and Ruffalo referred to their successful 2004 comedy in their posts as they paused between filming the new Netflix movie.

“I want the dust to work! And I had a perfect day with my old friend, Garner said in the caption of his post.
Their film 13 Going on 30 followed Jenna, who, after using some “desired dust”, is transformed from 13 to 30 overnight.
Ruffalo played Matt, Jena’s friend, whom he learned stopped talking to him after he changed.

Ruffalo posted the same photo, adding: “Reconnecting with an old friend. Does anyone know where we can get Razzles in Canada?
Razzles were both Matt and Jenna’s favorite candies, which I see sharing in the final scene of the film.
The film was a modest box office hit, with $ 96.4 million worldwide, from a budget of $ 37 million.

Garner and Ruffalo’s new film The Adam Project has some weird parallels with 13 Going on 30, although this time they will both play Adam’s parents (Ryan Reynolds).
The story follows Adam, who must travel back in time to visit his 13-year-old self to try to find his father to save the future.
Reynolds, Garner and Ruffalo play alongside Zoe Saldana, Catherine Keener and Walker Scobell, who play 13-year-old Ryan.

Garner will be seen in another Netflix movie, Yes Day, where she plays a parent with Edgar Ramirez, who has to say yes to all the things their kids ask for all day, debuting on the streaming service on March 12th.
Ruffalo will step out of his Emmy-winning role in I Know This Is True and will return as Hulk in What If? and She-Hulk.
He is also scheduled to play CBS newsman Don Hewitt in Newsflash with Chris Pine as Walter Kronkite.
