James Rodríguez: Everton beat Wolverhampton in the Premier League – International Football – Sport


James Rodríguez was present in the vital victory that Everton obtained on Tuesday in the visit to Wolverhampton (1-2), in the Premier League.

The Colombian was on the field for 85 minutes, adding the game he needs to regain his level, after the one he had due to injury.

James did not have a brilliant game, but he had good associations, especially in the first half, on the right side, mainly with Iwobi.

The Colombian had no shots on goal, but had two key passes for his team. In the first half, in fact, he made a deep pass that allowed a good arrival of the Nigerian winger.

Meanwhile, Yerry Mina was solid in the defensive zone. The defender played the full 90 minutes.

Everton took the lead on the scoreboard with Iwobi’s score in the 7th minute, a pass from Digne. The equalizer was Neves’ work in the 14th minute.
