Irish monks caught violating COVID’s restrictions on participating in the exorcism

A pair of Irish nuns have been arrested for violating the coronavirus pandemic restrictions to participate in an exorcism for Irish leaders, according to a report.

Sister Irene Gibson and Sister Anne Marie traveled to the Emerald Isles to eliminate the alleged evil spirits of the Irish president and the nation’s top parliamentarians, according to the Irish Examiner.

But their habits violated the blocking measures, which forbade residents to travel more than five kilometers from their home, the newspaper said.

The December 8 exorcism expedition from Cork to Dublin was about 135 miles.

The release of Dáil Éireann – a body of the Irish legislature – was followed by an open-air table attended by about 70 people. Under Ireland’s blockade rules, no more than 15 people were allowed to gather outdoors at the time.

A video of the exorcism shows Father Giacomo Ballini of the separate group The Society of St Pius Resistance spraying holy water on an Irish government building as he prays for Satan to “leave this place”.

The sisters, of the Carmelite Sisters of the Holy Face of Jesus, were previously convicted of violating planning regulations while setting up a religious refuge, according to the examiner.

As they say, they were ordered to leave their premises for violation.

But the nuns will not run away – a GoFundMe site to help relocate raised nearly $ 100,000 Monday afternoon.

Both the priest, who preaches on a farm in Cork County, and the Carmelite sisters of the Holy Girl of Jesus, operate independently of the Catholic Church, the newspaper reported.
