Honduran police have officially announced that Interpol has already received a red notification against Axel Lopez, Guatemalan businessman and legal representative of the company Elmed Medical Systems Inc., a consortium that sold to Honduras, through Invest-H, seven defective mobile hospitals to combat the covid-19 pandemic in 2020.
