Inside Pete Davidson’s new tall pad in Staten Island

Pete Davidson has officially moved out of his mother’s basement and bought his own luxury apartment for $ 1.2 million – just before the new year, The Post can report.

The move comes four years after he had a $ 1.3 million home in Staten Island in 2016 for his mother, Amy Waters. Davidson, 27, lived in the basement of the house until December, when he moved into a building.

But he still stays close to home.

The “Saturday Night Live” star bought the North Shore apartment on Staten Island, not far from her mother. The home was bought through an LLC, according to property records.

A Davidson representative has not yet responded to The Post’s request for comment.

With two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the corner residence is located on the water and offers panoramic views of Manhattan.

In the original list, the photos show a Hawaiian-themed bathroom, a purple-painted kitchen and one of the two bedrooms with bunk beds.

During a Zoom call posted on TikTok over the weekend, Davidson revealed that he got a new seat.

“I just moved out of my mother’s house,” he said as he searched for his keys. He added as he entered, “I’m completely out. I have a tampon. ”

News of his big move comes a month after his relationship with “Bridgerton” star Phoebe Dynevor came to light.

Dynevor, 25, and Davidson have been dating since early March.

An insider told Page Six that the two were doing things slowly.

They are not “too serious”, the source added, adding that Davidson is employed in “SNL” in New York, and Dynevor is in England “practically for the rest of the year” when the filming of season 2 of his successful show Netflix – Bridgerton begins .
