Indonesian nurse suspended from service for sexual intercourse with Corona patient in hospital toilet

New Delhi: In a horrific incident, a healthcare worker from Indonesia was suspended from work after she was found having sex with a crown patient in the hospital toilet. According to the latest updates, the nurse was placed in an isolation ward after trying to become intimate with a coronavirus patient without his PPE suit. The incident took place inside a toilet of the Wisma Atlet quarantine facility located in Jakarta. The whole problem came to light after the patient, who was then positive for Covid-19, posted details about them on social media. In the WhatsApp screenshots that were shared by the patient, the nurse’s PPE kit can be seen scattered on the toilet floor while things heat up between the pair. The screenshots also contained explicit details about the meeting recorded that night. Hospital officials began the investigation shortly after the video went viral on social media, and the nurse was suspended after admitting to undressing her PPE kit in the presence of a coronavirus patient. However, the case was handed over to the central Jakarta police.

After the meeting, those due were tested for coronavirus. While the patient tested positive, the nurse tested negative for coronavirus.

As the deadly coronavirus spreads through drops, sexual intercourse, even intimacy, such as kissing, is strictly forbidden if someone is experiencing symptoms associated with the coronavirus.

Both were later arrested by the Jakarta Central Police under strict pornography laws, after the incident was widely distributed and mocked on Indonesian social media.

On the coronavirus front, the country registered 727,000 cases, which registered over 21,000 deaths due to the pandemic.
