How to participate in Fortnite Community Battles and win up to 800 V-Bucks, rewards and more for free

Epic Games recently announced Fortnite Community Battles, which will allow each player to win up to 800 V-Bucks by performing various tasks.

This event is presented in collaboration with the Australian Football League (AFL). Players can choose from 18 different teams participating in the AFL, which are:

  • Collingwood Magpies
  • Kangaroos in North Melbourne
  • Sydney Swans
  • Adelaide Crows
  • Fremantle Dockers
  • Gold Coast Suns
  • Port Adelaide Power
  • Western bulldogs
  • Brisbane lions
  • Hawthorn Hawks
  • Geelong cats
  • Essendon bombers
  • West Coast Eagles
  • Carlton Blues
  • Richmond Tigers
  • GWS Giants
  • The demons of Melbourne
  • Saint Kilda Saints

Each team will include a notable content creator and an athlete. Players can choose from their favorite team or content creator before starting with Fortnite Community Battles.

Choosing a team wisely is extremely important, as the chances of a player winning the V-Bucks depend largely on this.


Fortnite community battles

According to the official announcement, the community wrestling event will be available to players from January 27 to January 31. During this period, players must earn as many event points as possible, performing tasks and actions in the game. Players can register for the event here.

The entire award distribution for Fortnite Community Battles is:

  • Spray in the game Point: Rewarded players for performing at least one task in the event
  • 200 V-Bucks: Awarded to the players of the team that finishes third in the event.
  • 400 V-Bucks: Rewarded the players from the team that finishes second in the event.
  • 800 V-Bucks: Rewarded players from the team that wins community fights and finishes first.

The team that found the highest points during this event will be declared champion. In addition, each member of that party will receive 800 V-Bucks in Fortnite.
