Horizon Forbidden West production efforts increase as PC patches shrink

It looks like all hands on deck at Guerrilla Games, while the Dutch studio is trying to complete the development on Horizon Forbidden West from home. The team confirmed in a new blog post that patches and updates for the PC version of Horizon Zero Dawn will be less frequent from now on to ensure that the continuation of the big budget is ready for its final release on both PlayStation 5 and and on the PlayStation 4. This is currently scheduled. to take place at some point this year.

The post reads: “As our team continues to develop our future Horizon Forbidden West title, we move on to less frequent updates for the Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition for PC after this patch. Please note that we will continue to monitor our community spaces as always! “This follows the many PC patches that have brought the port to a snuff. Now, in the right state, Guerrilla Games is turning its attention to the Horizon Forbidden West. Although it’s probably always been a priority – it simply means It’s just that more employees can now dedicate their time to development and polishing, and we’re not fully convinced that the game will hit the launch window in 2021, but it looks like the developer is working hard to make sure it happens.
