Honduras incinerates over 1,400 kilograms of cocaine hydrochloride

A total of 1,426 kilograms of cocaine hydrochloride, seized from drug trafficking networks, were incinerated on Monday by the National Anti-Drug Police Directorate (DNPA), in coordination with the judicial authorities.

It is one of the largest drug incinerations confiscated by the National Police through DNPA.

It should be noted that one of the operations was carried out on February 3, in coordination with the Naval Force, where the respective tests and investigation were carried out after the discovery of these drugs in the municipality of Trujillo.

Through inspection work at the Puerto Castilla dock, the police action was carried out in which seven citizens were arrested, including one of Colombian nationality.

On the other hand, various packages of other confiscations that were confiscated in the department CholutecaThis is due to DNPA’s effort to counter trafficking in illicit substances in the country.
