Gennady Golovkin (41-1-1, 36 KOs) completely demolished Polish boxer Kamil Szeremeta (21-1, 5 KOs) earlier this evening (Friday, December 18, 2020) live on DAZN inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, knocking down the middle fighter several times on the way to a TKO stop in the seventh round.
Golovkin, who came in favor of heavy betting, dominated every second of this fight. The reigning IBF and IBO middleweight champion made Szeremeta look like a mere amateur, knocking down the previously undefeated fighter several times in the first few rounds. “GGG” could have ended the fight much earlier, but he seemed to enjoy his work. He finally stopped Szeremeta in the seventh round after the referee finally entered.
