Mexican midfielder Hector Herrera will go out for the match at Atletico Madrid next Sunday against Real Madrid, according to various reports that say he did not train this morning for “personal reasons”.
Radio Marca and other local media reported that Herrera will leave the derby against Real Madrid for personal reasons. He joins José María Giménez, who will not play on Sunday either.
The Mexican recently overcame the coronavirus, and the midfielder joined the rest of the team last week.
Herrera has dropped due to various circumstances and, with this absence, will accumulate 13 league matches without playing.
Curiously, it was against Real Madrid in the first round when his decline began. The club has not yet issued any position in this case.
