This is the most advanced official Transformers toy ever made. With an impressive height of 19 inches and made of metal alloy parts, Robosen Robotics’ fully programmable Optimus Prime runs in robot form, drives in vehicle mode and automatically converts to order. He is ready for pre-order this morning Hasbro Pulse for $ 699.

China Robosen Robotics has been manufacturing self-transforming robots for some time, so it was only a matter of time before they reunited with Hasbro for this type of project. Disclosed as part of The Pulse Fanfest event focused on Hasbro’s collector, Robosen’s Optimosen Prime is a real programmable robot, equipped with a comprehensive set of functions. He can walk and drive. Respond to commands issued by voice or through a mobile application. Advanced users will be able to schedule advanced actions by code. The Optimus Prime robot comes equipped with over 80 sound effects, including clips from vocal actor Peter Cullen, and classic transformative cartoon sound.

It can look like a toy. Technically it’s a toy. But this Optimus Prime toy is assembled from over 5,000 components, including 60 microchips and 27 servomotors. There are many more microchips and servo motors than I have in my pocket now.

Don't lose a piece.
