Halo Infinite update is not intended to update Xbox fans

A new Halo Infinite the update is not exactly the update that Xbox fans want. Halo Infinite will be released later this year via Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PC and Xbox Game Pass. However, I haven’t seen her since her calamitous revelation this summer. Moreover, there have been no significant updates, which means that when a worrying update comes, things get worse. The latest worrying update comes on the heels of Kolbe Payne, a campaign and game-level designer who has been with 343 Industries since 2019. On Twitter, Payne revealed that he is leaving the studio behind.

In itself, this update is not at all remarkable. Many developers return from studio to studio, especially if they do contract work, which Payne did. However, 343 industries in particular have bled talent, including quite a few individuals leading the game’s development. Things don’t look great at 343 Industries, which is why every time someone leaves the studio, industry fans take note, especially those who are looking forward to Hate.

Payne doesn’t say why he leaves 343 Industries behind, but notes that he’s heading to Gunfire Games, the developer behind Darksiders 3 and Remnant: From the ashes.

Again, every large studio goes through turnover. In fact, many claim that the industry has a substantial turnover problem. However, there do not appear to be many studios that have suffered a higher turnover in the last two years than 343 industries. Whether this, in particular, points to a bigger problem, who knows, but many have left the studio behind recently, including projects and creative potential, and this is not usually a great sign of game development.

Halo Infinite is in development for Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC and will be released soon this holiday. For more information about the upcoming first-person SF shooter, click here or check out some of the relevant links listed below:
