Greek Foreign Minister confronts Turkish counterpart at press conference

Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias clashed with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu on Thursday at a joint news conference in Ankara that began with hopes of improving relations but quickly descended into fierce accusations from both sides.

His comments provoked a furious response from Cavusoglu, who described them as “unacceptable”, prompting Dendias to say that he was surprised that Cavusoglu did not expect to act as if it had not happened. nothing in the Aegean Sea and the eastern Mediterranean.
