Google Maps zoom shows people are ‘committing crimes’

Google Maps is an incredibly useful tool that allows us to plan long-distance routes, test our geographic knowledge, and generally have an unusual place around places.

However, a TikTok user believes he saw people in the middle of “committing a crime” while recently browsing the site.

The user, called “Content Dropped”, shared a video that appears to show a group from Poland stealing train lines in broad daylight.

The video explains: “You won’t believe what I just found.

“I thought I saw everything.”

The user then zooms in on the map, showing a group of people carrying train tracks in a wheelbarrow over a train line.

The video continues: “But they literally steal train tracks.”

It has now been viewed thousands of times, with people commenting to share their total distrust of what appears to be an act of theft.

One user said: “It must have an internal connection in the railway company, normally these lines are welded together”.

While another was more confident in the group in the photo, adding: “Maybe it helps to replace it.”

But this isn’t the first time Google Maps has come across something rather strange. Not far away.

The two headed for a distant mountain road in western Taiwan for a bit of nature nookie and probably thought the Google Maps car was the least of their worries – but unfortunately they were in the wrong place at the time. inappropriate.

The Street View was first shared on social media with the caption: “I took a look at Google to see if I could find any animals and came across this wonderful view!

“Google Maps is the greatest invention ever – it’s bigger than God. Big brother looks. You make babies and now we follow you ”.

They made this a little more sinister than necessary if you ask me, but hey.
